Anxiety is something we all feel from time to time— mostly we experience this when we don’t know “what is going to happen”. In simple words, it is fear magnified. During my sessions we - together- tailor ways to address your specific concerns and empower you to overcome life's challenges, promoting personal growth and resilience. If our anxieties are not addressed in the initial phases, they could cause symptoms that require medication and very intensive therapy.
